QPI‑MN (Quality Parenting Initiative – Minnesota) is a statewide, collaborative movement launched in 2017. QPI is a national movement and advocacy strategy of the Youth Law Center in California. QPI believes that the child welfare system can improve only when children and youth, birth parents, resource/foster parents, frontline practitioners, caseworkers, supervisors, and community partners are able to share their experiences and concerns and help design solutions.
