Youth arrived in our ER 8/17 via bio Mom after behavioral issues at her home, and is refusing to let him return there. He had just come from Ohio to MN a couple weeks before where he was with Dad and step-mom. Dad has been incarcerated in Kentucky and will be there for over a year. Its reported that Dad has full legal and physical custody. Hennepin County CPS is trying to get transportation arranged to get him back to Ohio and step-mom/other family, however they are needing the custody paperwork before being able to do so. We have tried several times to get the custody paperwork from the County in Ohio, but have been unsuccessful thus far. (Hennepin is not CFR but there is no option to select somewhere outside of MN)
