Patient discharged home on 9/9. Referrals are pending with Grafton PRTF and Northwoods PRTF

Step Mom refused to have him return to her in Ohio so Hennepin County pursued custody and placed him in foster care.

Updated 9/9/2026: Declined at Grafton PRTF (only accepting younger patients currently). Declined at Gerard (IQ of 69). 

YSC has a tenative intake date of 9/8.

Custody paperwork was received; Hennepin is making transportation arrangements to return youth to Ohio.
