3/27/25 Update:
Patient’s current guardian (father) not interested in out of state options (Newport Orange County and McCallum Place) that accepted pt any longer.
Currently exploring patient living with another relative and pt’s father is in agreement. RTC remains medical recommendation, though no in state options due to current symptoms/insurance. Insurance is Highmark BCBS.

Has MNchoices scheduled for 4/2, and County is working on scheduling DA for recommendation of level of care. Referral has been made to Nexus YCT however aunt’s difficulty with technology and difficulty with reaching her has made that service hard to obtain.

Waiver CM is looking for CRS and crisis respite options, primarily adult. MH team is also looking at IRTS that accept referrals in anticipation for turning 18, for admit once that occurs. Continues to not be agreeable to any SUD treatment.

The GH that was originally scheduled for 3/14 is needing to hire a staff and said admit there would be early April at the soonest. Team is exploring hotel crisis options for the interim.
