Update – 2024-09-19 12:54:58

Patient currently on thorazine and doing very well behaviorally with this medication. Patient has not had any behavioral dysregulation resulting in restraints/seclusion or IM’s for over a month now. Referral to Chileda currently pending.

Update – 2024-09-18 04:57:18

Patient discharged back to group home on 9/13 with a plan to utilize outpatient supports. Patient returned to the ETC on 9/17 after becoming dysregulated while at an outpatient appointment for medication management. Current recommendation is for patient to return to the group home as she is not meeting criteria for inpatient admission. Group home is willing to explore it but if patient shows any aggression, they will call 911.
