Patient was accepted to Genesis crisis respite with a pending discharge date of 08/29/24.

8/21- Was accepted by a CRS provider, waiting for the exception bed approval from DHS.

This pt was discharged to a Beacon Crisis Home for 24 hours and returned to our ED after some aggressive behaviors.

8/12/24: Patient discharged from inpatient on 8/12/24 with direct admission to Bar None Omegon Ascend RTC.

8/15/24 Update- This pt has moved to IP unit to better manage behaviors while she boards in the hospital. My team will no longer follow.
