Update 6/26/24: Patient discharged home with outpatient services while awaiting PRTF/locked level 6 QRTP admission.

Was accepted to Snyder Group Home in Deer River. Scheduled to DC July 7th.

Struggling to find placement, aggressive in general, low IQ, making it difficult to place. Aggressive behaviors:  posturing and verbal aggression, some kicking, pushing physical boundaries and rules.
